This document constitutes the complete and binding Terms & Conditions governing access to and use of the nustra.ph platform, including all games, account services, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and any other features made available to registered members. Please read this agreement carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on nustra.ph.

All nustra.ph accounts must be held by individuals aged 21 years or older. Registration by or on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one nustra.ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Balances and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited without notice.
All bonuses issued by nustra.ph are subject to wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page. Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real-money funds by satisfying stated requirements.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. Players must submit valid government-issued ID. Withdrawals to GCash or Maya will only be processed to accounts matching the registered member's identity.
nustra.ph provides deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all members. Use of these tools does not entitle a member to a refund of previously wagered funds.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated tools or bots, fraudulent payment methods, and money laundering are all strictly prohibited. nustra.ph reserves the right to close accounts and void winnings in such cases.

By accessing nustra.ph, creating an account, or using any service offered through the Platform, You expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the nustra.ph Privacy Policy and any specific Bonus Terms published on the relevant promotions page. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between You and nustra.ph.
This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.
Access to nustra.ph and participation in any game, wagering activity, or promotion is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is in alignment with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
nustra.ph accepts registrations from the Philippines. Residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform. nustra.ph reserves the right to geo-restrict access to the Platform where required by applicable law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
You must have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement. Individuals who have previously been self-excluded or whose accounts have been permanently closed for cause are not eligible to re-register.
To access the full functionality of nustra.ph, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You are required to provide a valid email address or Philippine mobile number, and to create a secure password.
Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) nustra.ph account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, address, mobile number, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a violation of this Agreement. nustra.ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances and bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. nustra.ph will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised or not, is your responsibility until you notify nustra.ph of unauthorised access. You agree to notify nustra.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. Providing false, outdated, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. nustra.ph may request updated documentation at any time to confirm ongoing accuracy of account information.
nustra.ph is required to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing withdrawals and as part of ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:
nustra.ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the nustra.ph Privacy Policy.
nustra.ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods may change without prior notice. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposit page within your account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. nustra.ph does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited to nustra.ph are your own, derived from legitimate sources, and are not connected to any criminal activity. nustra.ph reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request source-of-funds documentation where a transaction raises AML concerns.
Deposits via GCash and Maya typically credit to the nustra.ph account balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmed payment. Processing times for other methods may vary. nustra.ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made from a Member's Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. nustra.ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are ordinarily processed within the same business day for standard amounts. High-value withdrawals or those flagged for additional review may take up to three (3) business days. nustra.ph is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account holder name used to make the original deposit, where technically feasible. Cross-method withdrawals may be permitted at nustra.ph's sole discretion following satisfactory KYC verification.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the withdrawal page within your account. These limits may be adjusted based on account tier, KYC status, and prevailing platform policy.
Bonuses are available to eligible Members as set out in the specific terms of each promotion. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the stated terms of that promotion. Bonus terms take precedence over general Terms & Conditions where they specifically address a particular situation.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are stated on the relevant promotion page. Games with an RTP above a threshold determined by nustra.ph may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will automatically expire. Wagering requirements that are not satisfied within the stated period will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings.
nustra.ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated play across multiple accounts, staking patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and exploitation of system errors or miscalculated promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, nustra.ph reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Member's account.
Unless converted to withdrawable funds through satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, Bonus Funds have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the nustra.ph platform.
All slot and RNG-based games available on nustra.ph use certified Random Number Generator technology, independently audited to ensure fairness. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and dice by professional dealers at certified studios. nustra.ph does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault affecting a game round, nustra.ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the Member's balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably faulty game round may be declared void. nustra.ph will not be liable for any loss of enjoyment, opportunity, or winnings arising from a technical malfunction.
Individual games are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits that are displayed within the game interface. Stake limits may vary by game, provider, and account tier. VIP members may be eligible for higher table limits as part of their loyalty benefits.
If a Member disputes the outcome of a game round, they must submit a formal dispute to nustra.ph support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. nustra.ph will investigate and provide a written response within fourteen (14) days. The decision of nustra.ph following investigation is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

nustra.ph reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other circumstance in which nustra.ph reasonably determines that continued account operation poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal has occurred for twelve (12) consecutive months. nustra.ph will provide thirty (30) days' written notice before applying an inactivity fee or closing an inactive account. Inactivity fees, where applicable, will be deducted from the account's Real Money Balance and will not reduce the balance below zero.
A Member may request the closure of their nustra.ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Member via their verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds not converted to Real Money at the time of closure will be forfeited.
All content on the nustra.ph Platform, including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of nustra.ph or its licensed providers. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from nustra.ph without the express prior written consent of nustra.ph. Unauthorised commercial use of nustra.ph intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nustra.ph shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; interrupted access to the Platform; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party providers; or any other circumstances outside the direct control of nustra.ph.
nustra.ph's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nustra.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the nustra.ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, your rights as a data subject, and the security measures applied to your information.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to nustra.ph customer support for internal resolution.
If the matter is not resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
nustra.ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to Members via their registered email address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
Amendments take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Agreement. Members who do not accept revised terms must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.
